Manufacturing Defect

my iPad has a manufacturing defect it’s display after 1year of usage started malfunctioning. Where should I complain.

A malfunctioning display while faulty, does not of itself indicate that you have a manufacturing defect. Your first step is to determine if your iPad is still within its warranty or the optional AppleCare+ cover.


Next, you would perhaps be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP), where your iPad can be tested and assessed. Should repair be required, you’ll be in the best possible place to explore your available options.


Alternatively, you can use Apple’s mail-in repair service:
