Working computer cannot get rid of old colleagues apple ID despite him removing it!
Hi,
We had a computer that a previous colleague was using. He restarted the mac but his apple id somehow was still left there. So our new colleague could not get started and use the computer. He removed the macbook from his apple id via his iPhone. But the requirement to log in to the computer is still there and forcing us to log in in order to be able to access the computer. We're not in the same country so he can't come to the office and just log out.
How can we solve this?
