Hi, when I make a FaceTime call people on the other end can’t hear me clearly. No weird noise just lower than normal. I’ll hangup and call them on a regular call and they can hear me fine. It sounds more like a software issues since the microphones are working fine on calls. Only when it’s a FaceTime call or I talk to them on speaker that they can’t hear me well.

You may have bad internet connectivity. Voice Calls do not need the internet FaceTime does.
People can’t hear me clearly on FaceTime but fine on calls.
