I am not receiving text messages

My iPhone 13 I just got today. I am not receiving text messages. I have had people text me but not getting them.

Read again -> Related Article -> If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you still can't send or receive messages, contact Apple Support.
