Mac keeps on crashing - What to do

I'm am running an iMac 27 inch 2020.

3,6 GHz 10-core intel core i9

128 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16GB

Monterey 12.3.1

No matter what I am working on, the machine keeps on crashing (freezing). I can't do anything but wait for it to restart. It happens about 3-4 times on an 8 hour workday.

It will help us get a good idea of what is causing your problem if you provide a report of your system, that way we do not have to play 20 questions with you. The report we are requesting does NOT provide any personal information and is extremely safe to use. Please navigate to www.Etrecheck.com and download the free version of EtreCheck. Once you have you downloaded the app and installed it, please run the report and save it. This report will help us get a good idea what has been installed on your system and help us be able to diagnose what may be wrong.

When you have your report, you can attach it when you reply to this message and we can then review it and help you determine what is needed to get your system running well again.

There are a number of problems I can identify pretty quickly.

First is the computer has had a number of system modifications that has likely damaged Mac OS. This has resulted in "Apple security disabled - Apple security software is disabled. " This is a serious issue and needs to be addressed ASAP. Restart in the Recovery Partition (Hold down Command + R on startup) and install Mac OS. This type of install only fills in missing or damaged portions of Mac OS. It should not affect your data or apps, however whenever you should always have a backup of your system. This is a problem for you as there is no evidence that you backup this computer which if correct is both shortsighted and a 100% guarantee of losing data! At the VERY least you should be using Time Machine ( Back up your Mac with Time Machine ) which requires an external HD such as a OWC Mercury Elite Pro to back up to.
