Hi Shan08nel,
I believe we need to proceed with an EtreCheck report and Apple Diagnostics. EtreCheck is a useful app to diagnose issues, both hardware and software. It is trusted by many users. Please follow the steps outlined below:
I think that you should also run Apple Diagnostics - Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support
Please post results of both!
Cheers,
Jack

Here are some improvements you can do:
Thank you for your suggestions, Jack. I appreciate you taking the time out to help.
I uninstalled Flash two weeks ago. I followed the instructions from the uninstaller to uninstall and it said it was successfully uninstalled. Is it still showing that it is installed in the reports?
I don't have any external hard drives or other devices plugged in to my Mac. My keyboard and mouse are wireless and they are the only things ever connected to my Mac. Should I still re-run the EtreCheck?
Thanks again.
Hi,
I updated my OS last week and since then I've not had any crashes, where as before it was everyday. I've just seen another new update from Mac so fingers crossed it doesn't revert back to the issues I was having.
Thank you for all your help. I will mark this issue as closed.
Shan.
Hi Jack,
Thank you for your reply. I have done the EtreCheck. The report is attached. I'm about to do the Apple diagnostic. I will update when my computer restarts.
Even when I am using just one application with only one file/tab open at a time, it still crashes. It's the same type of error report each time but I'm unclear as to what's causing these crashes.
Sorry for the delay, I had trouble initiating the diagnostics. In the end I was able to successfully. Here is what it said:
No issues found.
