How to dial a phone number with facetime?

I can receive calls on a MacBook. How do I dial a phone number? Where to enter it. I was sent a message to WhatsApp and I need to call a phone number. But there is no place where you need to enter a phone number

Hey Evgen50,

Try out these steps specifically: Make and receive phone calls in FaceTime on Mac - Apple Support

Make calls from apps on your Mac
1. In the FaceTime app  on your Mac, sign in and make sure FaceTime is turned on.
2. Set up your iPhone and Mac for phone calls, if you haven’t done so already.
3. Depending on the macOS app you want to use for your phone call, do one of the following:

FaceTime: Click New FaceTime, enter a phone number in the pop-up window, press Return, then click the down arrow to choose the phone number to call.

If you have a card for the person in the Contacts app, you can just enter the person’s name, or select them from Suggested.

If you set up RTT phone calls, you can choose to make an RTT call.
Note: You can also invite a person to a call by sending them an SMS message.

In the screenshot, you'd select 'New FaceTime' and it should open a window that allows you to enter in a phone number.

Let us know if that helps to solve this for you, cheers.
