I have an IPAD which is disabled states to connect to itunes. I don't have itunes how to I unlock this device or restore to factory settings. It's a 32gm 4th generation

I have an Ipad 4th generation 32 gb, which is disabled, states I have to connect to itunes to unlock. I don't have itunes. How does one either reset this or go back to factory settings?

You must have access to a computer with iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac), then follow the directions in this link --> If you forgot your iPad passcode - Apple Support


If you don't have a computer at home, borrow a friends computer or visit you closest Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and use one of their computers.
