Wireless Carplay disconnects at the same place on my commute with new iPhone 13

I am using 2023 GLC 300 and happens to me as well at exact same place everyday

Nope! O 100% sure I’m using wired connection, my car does not support wireless CarPlay

Just to let you know, it is not the device. The iPhone itself is the operating system of the iOS 17.4.1 they just released.

Same issue at possibly exactly the same location? In Cambridge, at Gerrys Landing road, passing by Mt Auburn Hospital and going over the Eliot Bridge! CarPlay cuts out in BMWX7 with iPhone 15 Pro!

I had this problem a couple years ago too. It was fixed for a while but started again about 6 months ago

I've always had those two settings set to that, and I still have that problem with my 14 pro max. I think I had the same problem with my 11 pro as well.

It happens to me in that same area and now it’s doing it downtown as well.

Mine disconnects just by the Tower of London. Every time.

Is there a helipad near the Tower of London? The site may also have ground scanning radar for security, which uses S band and overlaps with Bluetooth’s 2.4 GHz band.

I did the turn off wi fi and auto join to never and it doesn’t do anything to me still the car play is disconnecting

This sounds like a reason for many of the disconnects, but my experience rules that out as the only reason. I turned off data roaming and no longer have the disconnect at the same specific location.
