My iMac keeps crashing

We are using a 2020 IMAC 3.6 processor 10-core intel core i9 with 32GB memory and an AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16GB Graphics card. It continuously crashes any time we use ProPresenter 7 or photoshop. The display freezes or turns green. Attached are some photos that hopefully can help. Thanks for any input/solution.

Okay, if you got the RAM from Apple then it isn't RAM, however you can always remove it and re-seat it to ensure it is seated well. Simple to do and only takes less than 5 minutes.

One thing to look for is to ensure all your third party apps are up-to-date, outdated apps can cause KPs.

By chance do you have any third party antivirus, cleaning or ANY other types of "maintenance" apps installed. If you do, uninstall them per the developers instructions and then restart in Safe Mode and restart normally.
