Iphone 13 makes extraneous noise/hum

The periodic iphone 13 itself begins to make a noise or a hum similar to the sounds of a strong wind on the microphone. Stops if you press on silent mode and back. The volume is very strong sometimes the sound does not stop, it really interfered with the meeting at work. How to fix it?
