Shift & Command keys delay on MacBook Pro M1Pro 14" (Monterey 12.4)

Hello!

When I use spring-loaded commands such as multiple selection with Shift or Cmd, system doesn't respond instantly. I have to wait a second after I press Shift or Cmd to start selecting items. I have had this issue since I bought MacBook. I have upgraded MacOS to the latest version 12.4. Also I have disabled Sticky Keys and Slow Keys.

I should clarify that the delay occurs only when I use tap to click on built-in MacBook trackpad. When I press on trackpad the system respond instantly.
