Why is transparent network proxy constantly wanting access to my login keychain?

No I bought it new just a few months ago. it's a Mac mini with the Apple chip. I'm wondering if it had anything to do with running multiple displays, 1 wired and one wireless.? Or maybe the mini speaker did you run with the Home app? Someone said that changes your network settings...?

Somebody had to have set it up at one time. Is this a used Mac?
OK, you didn't mention Home app and I have zero knowledge of it. I'll need to backout in deference to someone who knows about Home.
