Using M1 mac, and my Mac didn’t get wireless for a while. I shut it down and back on, but got a black screen on log on. Tried macOS recovery option but basically I get “An Internal Error Occurred” meaning there’s no way for me to use recovery either.
Any suggestions on what to do here?

Just to confirm, did that error appear immediately after entering macOS Recovery? You can find some good information about macOS Recovery here: Intro to macOS Recovery
