Hi, my phone is being sent and was supposed to be overnight shipped over a week ago, it is now saying my phone will need to be sent and processed by the tenth. How do they expect me to do that without the package and my new phone?

Wait for the box, or Call Apple:
It may take a few days to receive the snd-in box. Note that it took me 6 weeks to get my iPhone. It may take the same amount of time for you. Support & Demand is the culprit. Don't forget about where these are all manufactured, ad what is occurring there: COVID.
