Ipad problem

Hi, I downloaded the recent ios15 for my iPad and on FaceTime I am not getting a accept or decline button when I’m receiving calls . Thankyou.

FaceTime Call’s coming in that we can’t accept. Hi, Facetime works for all calls out. Calls in ring, but the screen is just a blurred version of the iPad background and there is no option to answer the call at all. We have to wait for them to hang up and then look to see who it was so we can then FT them back. Its a brand new iPad and we have run all the software updates. Anyone had a similar problem?

Can’t accept or call on FaceTime Hi I don’t have a phone number. I use iPhone 7 my software is up to date but I can’t accept or make calls via FaceTime video or audio. I use my gmail.com as my Apple ID but every time I try to call someone it says FaceTime failed for them and when someone calls me and I press answer it says FaceTime failed. So basically every time me or anyone I call press the green button it automatically says FaceTime failed. I also tried to toggle the off switch in setting of FaceTime and then reset the phone but nothing changed I also tried to update my iPhone but still I can’t make or accept FaceTime video or audio calls. Anyway you can help?

"No SIM":

If "No SIM" is shown on the top-left corner of your screen, go here to fix that: If you See 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
