Why my new iphone -while transferring- doesn’t have enough space to complete the trasnfer however it’s the same capacity as the old one and i already have 23 GB free in my old iphone. Can anyone relate or help?!

If you'd like help with the storage on your new phone, this might help.
Have you had the chance to double-check the storage capacity on each device? If you've completed Quick Start then you can check again in Settings by following the steps in the link below. If it turns out you purchased a lower storage capacity iPhone than you originally thought, you can continue with the advice in Move from your current iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a lower capacity device.
If the issue continues, let the community know the exact storage capacity you see in Settings > General > and tap [Device] Storage for each device.
