To clarify were you able to set up Touch ID in the past, or is this the first time you've tried to set it up? Do you get this error when attempting to enroll any finger?

When the enterprise give me a Mac, I had configured the Touch Id.
A few days ago, I tried to remove the imprint to insert a new one. The system asks me for a password (which in my case being a company PC is that of my account).
