Touch ID authentication cancelled

Can't add Touch ID to my MacBook Air. it shows authentication cancelled. what to do?

I'm sorry, but I have the same problem.

When the enterprise give me a Mac, I had configured the Touch Id.

A few days ago, I tried to remove the imprint to insert a new one. The system asks me for a password (which in my case being a company PC is that of my account).

Even if once I enter the password everything seems ok, when I try to add a fingerprint I get Authentication Canceled. I tried to contact my company's IT department, but I don't know if it depends on that. With the same password I log in normally on the mac
