Excessive Data Usage (Time & Location + DNS Services)

I have noticed that my iPhone has been using extremely significant amounts of data. I am on a 500MB/Month plan and I’m just over halfway through the cycle and when I go to Settings —> Cellular, my System Services total is 473 MB. When System Services is clicked on I get 108MB of Time & Location data and 55.7MB of DNS Services. I never use Safari or any other browser on Cellular Data, so I don’t understand why my phone needs to communicate with the Domain Name System (DNS) that frequently. As for Time and Location, I compared it with other iPhone users who went the same places as me and used their location at least the same as me in regards to app usage and such, but they had only around 30MB. I’ve since turned off all Location Services in Settings —> Privacy —> Locations Services. This only became a problem for me this past month and the one before. Is there any way I can reduce this usage?

For technical purposes, I’m using an iPhone 8, and the aforementioned other iPhone users are using iPhone 12’s if hardware is the problem.
