All Mail (ARCHIVE) Mailbox disappeared after upgrading to Monterey
iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 12.4
Hover the cursor to the right of Favourites to show the + icon, click on it and add them back:

See if restarting helps. Also, if this is from Gmail you may have to remove the account and add it again. If it has disappeared from Favourites use the + icon to add it back.
Each individual Mailbox (I have several different email accounts (some are gmail) all have the Archive under the individual mailboxes. But there used to be one ALL MAIL mailbox that contained everything. There was also a TRASH mailbox that contained everything and a JUNK mailbox that contained everything. They were very useful and now since upgrading from Catalina to Monterey they are gone. The only one that is still there is ALL SENT
