How can i retrieve my ECG data when an event happens in my sleep ?

My watch notifies me of afib events that occurred during my sleep. I am unable to hold my finger on the crown and therefore cannot printout the ECG

You can get the date and time of the event in the health app;

Summary/high or low heart rate notifications and also on the same page there is irregular rhythm notifications.
