How do you know your iPhone was hacked? Did you have a strong passcode on it? Strong Apple ID password? Were you using 2 factor authorization?

Is yes also the answer to how you know your phone was hacked?

Are you currently running iOS 15.5, you have not jailbroken your iPhone and you have not side loaded any apps?
