SIM card company pop up?

I don’t if this is allowed by apple, but I’m literally getting pop-ups by my SIM card company everywhere even on Lock Screen.

is there anyway to force stop that ?

iPhone 12, iOS 15

I don't know the back end of how it's being sent so I don't know if it can be blocked.

As far as it being new for your carrier, again you would have to ask them.

I mean sure, but There’s no way to block it by the os ?

and one more question is this normal thing and it’s been around along time ago but it’s new for my company?
