I have a Gen1 ipod can I transfer photos from it?

I have a Gen 1 iPod amazing still works! Can i transfer/import photos from the gen1 iPod to my MacBook? thanks for any help Marty

No, unfortunately. Your iPod is too old to support photos or videos as it has a black and white screen.
