iPhone 12 not receiving texts from non-iPhone users.

I'm not receiving texts using my iPhone 12 from certain people who are not iPhone users. I have tried rebooting, turning on SMS, and updating Messenger. I have plenty of storage on my phone.

contact your cellphone provider SMS is their feature.
