Phonak hearing aids keep disconnecting

My husband’s hearing aids keep disconnecting from the app and Bluetooth. Happened after recent IOS update. Any one else having this problem.

Next call I was on hold for 5 minutes + Bluetooth disconnected from hearing aids, but the connection not lost and I was able to complete call. Hearing aid dealer called me this iphone 12 same issue after 6 minutes

easy line hearing aid app for kirkland hearing aids by phonak having problems with iPhone mini 13. The iPhone keeps dropping the hearing aids on the easy line app used for remote control . Sometimes it will pair and work for a week and then drops contact and is really hard to get the hearing aids to pair with the app. Currently only one hearing aid will pair within the easy line app. Works with no problems on my iPad iOS 15+ the iPhone is on 16+. The hearings are paired to the blue tooth on the iPhone. It seems the problem started after the last 2 iPhone updates.

ReSound Smart 3D app Are my apple SE 2022 phone was recently upgraded to 16.1.1. Since then I have been experiencing an issue with my Bluetooth enabled hearing aids. Every night when I put my hearing aids into the recharging case and remove them in the morning, they are no longer synced with my phone:app. I have to go through the reconnect routine to establish the connection between the phone and my hearing aids. This need to re-sync started when I upgraded earlier this week. My hearing aids are by resound and the app is Smart 3D also by reSound Any suggestions?

Yes, Telus, Apple tech and my audiologist seem to think it a phone service issue
