I have a late 2014 Mac mini. Is there a Thunderbolt monitor I can use with this?

The 2014 Mac Mini's Thunderbolt 2 ports double as Mini DisplayPorts.

If you are wanting to connect a second display? You can connect most any third party HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI or VGA display, by using a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI DisplayPort, DVI or VGA adapter.

You have 2 thunderbolt 2 ports on your Mac mini. Use an adapter from thunderbolt 3 to thunderbolt 2 or use an thunderbolt 2 display
