Apple Watch verification codes

Oh sorry. The code that appears when you access your account. In the past I would get the codes on all trusted devices (iPhone,iPad, Macs and Apple Watches) now I no longer get the verification codes on my trusted watches I do get them in my other trusted devices.

Actually I just read the Apple support document on 2 factor authentication and it does state that Apple Watches on WatchOS 6 or above should recieve the codes and my Series3, Series 4 and 7 (all on the latest release version of WatchOS 8.6 are not getting the codes?

My watches started to receive the codes again. not sure why???

Oh, I thought that was an old article. thank you for the response. this must be a new as it did work in the past?

I'm guessing it's a software glitch in WatchOS 8.6. I will hope for a fix.....:)
