How to manage devices in iTunes if I don’t have a PC or MAC

Hi, I need to remove some devices connected to my Apple Music/iTunes account but I don’t have a PC or MAC. As you know, I cannot see the ‘manage devices’ when I login to my iTunes Store from my iPhone or iPad, the instructions say I have to do this via a MAC or PC. I know I can remove a device from the device itself but I no longer have the devices I want to remove. Is there seriously no other way to access the list of devices connected to my iTunes account? Thanks for your help!

Hi there Jencritch,

Are you seeing a message that you can't access Apple Music or your iTunes content because too many devices are already authorized? If so, try these steps:

If you need to deauthorize a computer that you don't have access to
To deauthorize a computer that you don't have access to, you have to deauthorize all of your computers. Then authorize each computer that you have again. You can deauthorize all computers only once a year.

1. Open the Apple Music app or Apple TV app.
2. Choose Account > Account Settings.
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password. Forgot your Apple ID?
4. At the top of your Account Information page, go to the Apple ID Summary section.
5. Next to Computer Authorizations, click Deauthorize All.
6. Authorize each computer that you use again.

You'll find those steps here: Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases

If that's not the issue and you need to actually remove devices associated with your Apple ID, you'll need to use a Mac or PC with the steps here: View and remove your devices that are associated with Apple ID purchases

Take care.
