Erasing everything off my broken phone
I’m trying to trade in my phone but my screen cracked so they are trying to erase everything they couldn’t in Verizon so she suggested Apple would be able to erase everything for me

Probably everything is gone from your iPhone if the screen is cracked and it isn't working. If you think it is working when it is turned on you can log into iCloud, going to Find My and erasing your iPhone.
