How can I slide the apps my phone seems to have jammed if I want to swipe left or right

Try a Forced Restart --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Blurry and enlarged icons While using my Iphone 11, out of no where it began to lag and glitch out. Then when I tried to exit out of all my app tabs, the screen froze and the icons stayed blurry and enlarged. iPhone 12 having trouble sweeping up to reveal open apps once in awhile it works. Any suggestions? Anybody out there that can solve this problem?

Phone not working. My iPhone 10 is not working. My home swipe button is not working. I can’t do anything on my phone. I have to try and turn my phone off then cancel it to put my password in so I can get into my phone. Then I can only go to my second page of apps by clicking on the little circle then I can click on an app but can’t scroll down on any page I get into. Please help nothing is working.
