Apple One Bundles

Can subscriptions be substituted in Apple One? I have ZERO interest in Arcade, and would rather have News.

Apple One is the bundle plan. You don't have to use all of the services in Apple One.

From what I was able to find, News is only mentioned as part of the “Premiere” plan at $30/month. The Individual ($15) and Family ($20) plans don’t show it. I’m old. I don’t play games on my phone. I’d subscribe to one of the lower-cost plans if News was an option.
