ECG function on watch not working since 8.6 upgrade

Since I upgraded to 8.6 operating system the ECG function is no longer working. If you start the ECG it just keeps resetting and the seconds start to recount. I have reset my watch etc but nothing works. Any advice? The talking time with 2 fingers on the crown also seems to have stopped working (I’ve checked the settings and its still enabled).
