Hi, I perform update to iCloud weekly , but for any reason, the latest photo are 22-Oct-2022, all rest photo are not uploaded to the iCloud, although I have enough space on the cloud. iPhone Photos keep re-appearing after deleting Hello, My iphone storage is full and I try to free space with deleting videos and photos but iphone immediately return them back or they are restored after several days. I’ve tried with turning off Icloud photos but that didn’t help. Now i can not free space, but I would like to. Could someone know any solution for that? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Connect to WiFi and connect a charger. Then open the Photo app and lock the screen - then uploading usually starts.

Also make sure you have iCloud Photo enabled here:

Settings -> Apple ID -> iCloud -> Photos
