When you right click on the Finder icon, what are the sections of the popup and how do you use them?
What are the sections of the popup when you right click the Finder icon? How do you control what goes into the sections?

The ones that you have control over are from the Favorites section of the Finder window sidebar.
To add or delete those, open a Finder window and drag a folder to the Favorites section of the sidebar; to remove, control click the folder in the Finder sidebar and click remove.
