MacBook Data Transfer Error (To USB device)

I have been trying to transfer few screen recording video (QT Movie format) and edited video (MPEG-4 movie format) from my MacBook Pro 14inch running on (Monterey version 12.4) while transferring the data after few minutes and error occurs saying "The operation can’t be completed because the device disappeared." I haven't removed the pen drive and also dint touch it, and the pen drive also has more than enough space for the files to fit. I am using the adapter which I brought from Apple Store Type-c to USB cable. How can I fix this problem?

Erase and reformat a storage device in Disk Utility on Mac - Apple Support (CA)

And Format to HFS + ( Journaled ) with GUID Scheme ( Partition Map ) is good for Apple Only Computer and especially for Videos

If the computer is running on Battery Power, you might need to adjust the Power Saver in System Preferences does it does not go into Sleep or Hibernate state.

Also check the picture below for Hard Drive to Sleep

What happens when the computer is pulled into the Charger / cable and charger to wall socket ?

I dint get you. Everything is working great. A picture is transferring properly and the problem comes with videos only. I tried it by plugging it and still got the same error
