I recently imported my pictures from my iPhone in the app "Photos" on my Mac. If I delete them on my iPhone then, will they remain on my Mac ? If not, how can I store them on my Mac to remove them from my iPhone ?

You have to ensure, that the iPhone and the Mac are not both syncing with iCloud Photos. Otherwise the photos on the Mac and in iCloud will be kept identical and any photo you delete from the iPhone will be deleted from the Mac as well.

So long as you import, and not simply sync through iCloud, you can delete your pictures. Try one and see what happens.
