Whatsapp Restore

I took a full iTunes backup, but deleted whatsapp and reinstalled it. I had whatsapp backup on iCloud. But while restoring it, it started with 98% and is stuck at it since hours. What to do?

WhatsApp Restore Stuck Simply said; I changed my phone and I downloaded WhatsApp. I choosed the option "Restore" to restore my chats and media. It stuck at 20% and it wont be higher. I did everything to fix, but nothing worked. You may ask everything. Maybe I did not checked all options to fix. I am very frustrated.

whatsapp restore I went to get a new battery put in today so everything had to be erased off my phone. when I got it back we did the iCloud restore and all my media and apps have restored except my WhatsApp which has been stuck half way through for some hours now. I just want to know if there's anything I could do. thanks
