How to create my child an Apple id if I do not own an Apple device myself??

I have created an Apple id for myself even though I do NOT own an Apple Device. Now when I try setting my child up an Apple id it has a pop up that says. Please verify that you have setup Family Sharing by signing into the iCloud on another device and reviewing the Family Sharing section in iCloud settings.

You cannot create Apple ID's for children under 13 without an Apple device, since you need to setup Fairly Sharing on an Apple device.

If you don't have an Apple device, you will not be able create and manage Family sharing and the child's Apple ID.

If the child is less than 13 years old, you will need to set up Family Sharing. It can be done using one device, but it is a bit more difficult using only one device. On the device, sign into Settings/Your Name with your Apple ID and set up Family Sharing. Create the child's ID. Sign out of your ID and sign in with the child's ID. Swap Settings/Your Name  in as required.
