Incoming calls ring once then disconnects

I have an iPhone Xs my incoming calls only ring once then disconnect. Please can you help?

You may --> Answer or decline incoming calls on iPhone - Apple Support

Settings > General > Accessibility > Call Audio Routing > Auto Answer Call [Off]
