My phone bugging

my Phone is completely useless this started this week I tried to make a face time call and it automatically failed and has been doing it since my microphone randomly stopped working also when I try to watch YouTube on the app the the video is black so I tried the browser and it’s black I have storage so it can’t be that

Phone working but unable to press any apps or restart phone So my phone is acting very strange. I answered a FaceTime call from a friend and the screen turned completely blurry. I was unable to hang up or press any buttons. Of course with the new update you can have part of the FaceTime in a corner as you go to your home screen. Even then.... Glitching phone I tired to Facetime my friend with my iPhone 13 pro, and once he picked up, the screen was just a blurry home screen. I tried to get the FaceTime to change by hanging up and calling back, but that still didn't work. I closed all of my apps, and tried to restart the phone. Now, none of my apps are opening, and I can't get my phone to restart. I even tried force restarting it, but it only vibrated when I tried. What is causing this dilemma, and what should I do to fix it?

IOS 14 problems I recently updated my iPhone XR and after 2 FaceTime calls my phone glitched and now I cannot click on apps and my volume and lock button are not responding to shut my iPhone down. Is this a problem that will resolve itself? Is it just a freeze?

Also music isn’t playing on apps
