Glitching phone

I tired to Facetime my friend with my iPhone 13 pro, and once he picked up, the screen was just a blurry home screen. I tried to get the FaceTime to change by hanging up and calling back, but that still didn't work. I closed all of my apps, and tried to restart the phone. Now, none of my apps are opening, and I can't get my phone to restart. I even tried force restarting it, but it only vibrated when I tried. What is causing this dilemma, and what should I do to fix it?
