Troubleshooting Call Volume Changes:

Restore from Today's Backup:

Did you just install an update? If so, Restore your iPhone from the backup of it that you made prior to this occurrence, and see if this goes away. Have no backup? If so, then take this as a learning experience knowing to always create a backup evrry-so-often of a device.
