I’ve read the issues with the update that may have caused this issue. I’ve read some of the fixes. Nothing has solved my issue. My iPad is always up to date with the latest IOS. That’s the way we roll in this house.
Turning off “protect mail activity” won’t help me as mine is always off. I never touched it.
This issue happens regardless of the network to which I’m connected.
What other help or fix is there for this problem?
Have you already tried to delete that account from Apple Mail app, restart your iPad, then re-add that account again?
Who is your email provider? Did you try to contact them and ask if everything is okay on their side?
We use several email providers. My husband has a newer iPad but mine isn’t that far behind. He does not have this issue. This is what’s so confusing.
It’s not just one account. It’s the whole app that opens in a blank page and takes well over a minute to load.
