iPhone 12 mini 256 GB

I bought iphone mini 12 256GB, I saw on the iron frame as a point of injection from a needle. The phone was sent to Dublin for examination. A week later, the Apple Estonia store changed to a similar iphone, opened it in the store with the seller again on the iron frame, only now there is a scratch at the bottom. Please tell me what happened to the quality? We pay a lot of money for phones and when we open a new iphone we get a cosmetic defect. The human eye sees this scratch very well. The picture was taken by iPhone 13 Pro. 2 times a new iphone out of the box with cosmetic defects.Can't attach photo.
