Shipt Shopper App Push Notification

Just upgraded to iphone 13 Pro and have tried everything I can think of but I cannot get notifications to come through when orders are available. Any suggestions?

They are still beeping in on my old phone so I know it's not an app issue.

where should I get ask to buy notifications? Where should I get "Ask to buy" notifications from my son's phone? Nothing is showing up on my phone.
