Hi,
I want to use the ruler to draw straight lines in Pages on my iPad, but the ruler doesn't appear. It appears in other apps such as notes. You get all the different pens but not the ruler in Pages?

To help show the ruler in Pages on your iPad, use these steps:
Show or hide the ruler
Tapat the top of the screen, then turn Ruler on or off.

Thanks for your reply, but I mean the ruler when drawing in Pages or Keynote, to be able to draw straight lines with the Apple Pencil.
In Pages and Keynote the ruler doesn't appear:

Your screenshot illustrates iPadOS drawing tools (including the ruler) that are available in Notes - or Apps that support Markup. These tools are not available within Pages and Keynote productivity Apps.

So is there any app that I could use to draw a straight line, copy it and paste it into Keynote or Pages as a drawing? When I do copy it from Notes it gets pasted as an image file in Keynote or Pages, not as a drawing.
