iPhone with vpn and AirPlay to Apple tv with out vpn

When i use AirPlay on my phone with vpn and AirPlay to Apple tv will my ip leak?

i mean when i use AirPlay on my phone will the stream go through my phone or will Apple tv take over the streaming part? like chromecast?

4K streaming on Apple TV app on 4K Chromecast with Google TV Does the Apple TV app support 4K streaming on Chromecast with Google TV that supports 4K streaming for other apps? I've been looking around Google and Reddit for an answer but I can't get a straight answer. Does it actually allow 4K that way or do you have to have an Apple TV 4K to stream purchased movies and shows from iTunes and stuff on Apple TV+ and its channels in 4K on a 4K TV?

Why are you using a VPN on your phone?

If you’re not connecting to a private corporate network, it serves little or no purpose.
