Numeric keypad sound

How do we inform Apple to make a permanent mute for the numeric dial pad on the iPhone? If you search this forum or the internet there are hundreds and thousand of people asking for the same thing. It is embarrassing to use a iPhone today when you can not turn off the dial sound. I know there are people who want that feature for some reason, but there are lots of people myself included that is embarrassed about this. And I do not want to run around with my phone muted all the time. I want to hear my ringtone but I do not want those dial sounds. So where do I submit a request to Apple and inform them of this embarrassing sound from the past that they have neglected to remove for some odd reason.
