I need a spreadsheet app.

I have an iMac later 2013 version, running on Catalina 10.15.7. When I recently went to use Numbers, I wasn't able to open it. I got a prompt to update Numbers. But I can't update Numbers without upgrading to Big Sur (OS 11). And I can't update to Big Sur because Apple has dropped my iMac from those computers that can use Big Sur. Is there a work-around to continue using the version of Numbers that I have?

FreeOffice is my choice for Office alternative. However, you may be facing that time when you need a new, or newer, Mac because of these compatibility issues.

There are also Free to use Office apps online ... Microsoft and Google; maybe others.
